The entire team with RMR is fantastic. They have bailed us out on a few occasions when our A/C unit has stopped working at very inconvenient times. They are quick to respond, very professional, honest, and will educate you on what needs to be repaired or replaced. Anthony, Ty, and Harrison have all been a pleasure to work with.

We received excellent service, from RMR Air Conditioning, servicemen were polite and knowledgeable. We were particularly pleased with how well they protected our floors as they installed our new AC unit. We highly recommended this company.

I just had an excellent experience with this company. I had gone online and submitted a service request the evening before. They called back first thing in the morning and scheduled something that same day. The caller was both polite and pleasant. Ty and Harrison came out an hour earlier than expected which was a plus, and were both professional and patient with my questions. Ty took the extra step and looked for a part that had previously not been available because of the shortage caused by hurricane Milton. Which ended up saving me some money, which I greatly appreciated! They got the part and returned back and had it replaced and running quickly. This is definitely a company thatI will continue to use and recommend!!

Speedy and courteous response. Diagnosed issues and returned next morning to fix as a part was needed and supplier was closed after hours. Team arrived early and over delivered on their promise! Would highly recommend.
