Just wanted to share another great experience with RMR Air Conditioning! Our unit was not quite keeping up with the heat so the owner of RMR, Anthony, came out with his trainee, Josh on Tuesday morning. Within an hour, they isolated the issue as a very small leak in the coil and added some refrigerant to the system. The house cooled down quickly and Anthony said he would order the needed parts and schedule the repair as soon as the parts arrived. Indeed, Anthony called on Friday morning and by 10am, his technician Ty along with Josh arrived to replace the faulty parts. After replacing the coil, Ty noticed a hairline crack in the unit's plastic drain pain near the drain fixture, and removed the coil and called the office for delivery of the drain pan. Just after lunch, Ty and Josh reinstalled the new coil with the new drain pan, charged the system and waited to ensure the house was cooling down, and it did nicely. Not only was the repair done quickly, but Ty paid very close attention to identify the hairline crack and insisted on replacing the drain pan to ensure that would not cause any further issues.
