I just had an excellent experience with this company. I had gone online and submitted a service request the evening before. They called back first thing in the morning and scheduled something that same day. The caller was both polite and pleasant. Ty and Harrison came out an hour earlier than expected which was a plus, and were both professional and patient with my questions. Ty took the extra step and looked for a part that had previously not been available because of the shortage caused by hurricane Milton. Which ended up saving me some money, which I greatly appreciated! They got the part and returned back and had it replaced and running quickly. This is definitely a company thatI will continue to use and recommend!!

We came home to a hot home. It was 5:45p. Obviously, we would need an after hours technician. I found RMR. I called and the phone was answered by a caring voice. She took my information and said it could be two hours. That was fine with us. The tech came out in 40 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in 25 minutes. USE THIS COMPANY!

My AC went out later in the evening, i had a blank thermostat. They came promptly and the service tech was courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The price was reasonable for an after hours call too. I'll use them RMR for all of my heating and cooling needs. And I love that they're a small, local business.

Excellent service. It was an easy repair for our air conditioner. He was very honest about the problem, he never tried to over charge us.we are always grateful for honest and prompt service. The technician was polite, friendly, and gave us some very helpful suggestions. We highly recommend this company. We will be using them from now on for maintenance and any other issue! Thank you!

Fast, courteous, and fair. I couldn't be happier with my process, I had 5 bids, and chose the right one, imho. They cleaned up as well, and no hidden fees or surprises 🙏
